Chef Special: Pork Three Ways

A flavorful medley of all things pork that really "brings home the bacon!" On Wednesday, September 29th, from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Brodhead Bistro brings a pig-focused dinner featuring pork served three ways. Braised Pork Belly with Hoison & Kimchi, Glazed Thai Pork Belly, and BBQ Pork Belly Skewers served with a side Spicy Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
