Nosh

Nosh Kosher Deli, will satisfy both Penn State’s Jewish community and all faculty, staff, students, and guests. Nosh will feature specialty sandwiches, matzo ball soup, potato latkes and desserts such as fresh-baked cookies and chocolate rugelach. There will also be special menus for holidays, such as Passover. A certified Mashgiach (Jewish supervisor) will provide daily oversight of the facility to ensure the restaurant meets kosher requirements.
