You’ll earn 1 spendable point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases on the mobile app that you can redeem for eligible rewards. If you make a mobile order purchase and use LionCash, you may earn additional points. Completing in-app challenges based on ordering frequency and/or timing, or ordering specific items, may earn bonus spendable points. Bonus points may be offered for other actions taken in-app. View your points balance and history in-app by clicking on Rewards.

In-app challenges may be available for actions taken in the app. These challenges will earn you additional points. Actions and available points vary and may change at any time.

You can complete challenges to level up. Higher levels may earn more points for actions completed in the app. View your level in the app and how many actions are needed to rise to the next level by clicking on Rewards. Click on your level to see how many points you will earn for each action.

Once you’ve earned enough points to redeem, tap the desired Reward item in the Rewards Store to apply it to your next mobile order. Points expire every year on the Monday after the last day of spring semester. View available and earned rewards in the app by clicking on Rewards > Rewards Store.

Punch cards are offered for specific items – once you purchase the required number of eligible items via the mobile app, your next eligible item ordered on the app will be free (only at applicable locations). Punch Card punches never expire. View earned and unearned punches in the app by clicking on Rewards and scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

Once earned, points can be spent on entries into contests (aka raffles). The number of entries are set per contest and may be limited. The number of points required to enter may vary. Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, the winner will be drawn and notified by email. View Open, Completed, and Entered Contests (My Contests) in the app by choosing Rewards > Contests.
