Being a Penn Stater starts here
Community
There is no better way to meet new people and build lifelong friendships than living on campus. Students from across the state, country, and world, with different interests and goals, become neighbors and friends. Each residence hall is a community large enough for students to find their niche and expand their interests yet small enough to recognize faces and feel at home. Friendships are an important part of the college experience, and living on campus is where it all begins.
Unforgettable Experiences
Embrace the tradition and create a unique college experience with lifelong friends! Living on campus offers endless opportunities to broaden horizons, expand interests, and develop new skills. Immerse yourself in the unique activities, events, clubs, and programs waiting for you around every corner.
Easy Living
Students enjoy great amenities, such as culinary staff preparing every meal, staff cleaning and maintaining common spaces, easy access to laundry services, and free Wi-Fi from anywhere on campus. Also, all amenities come with no hidden fees or monthly costs – room rates are all-inclusive. Quiet study spaces and group collaboration suites are included in each residence hall.
Safe and Secure
A safe, comfortable living space means more time for studying, learning, working, and playing. Staff work endlessly to ensure spaces are clean, well-maintained, and meet every safety regulation. Buildings are secured for residents only. Live-in staff at every hall are also on-hand for 24/7 coverage.
LiveOn Student Success Grant
The LiveOn Student Success Grant is a unique student financial aid funding opportunity supported by Penn State Housing and Food Services (HFS) to assure undergraduate academic success, persistence to undergraduate degree completion, and address potential housing and food insecurities throughout a student’s four-year academic career.
