Housing and Food Rates 2026-27 academic year

The Board of Trustees approved housing and food rates for the 2026-27 academic year on Jul. 18, 2025. Rates listed are per person, per semester, and include all utilities, except for parking. Housing and food charges are added to the student's LionPATH account for payment. Students living in University Housing, with the exception of Nittany and White Course Apartments, are required to purchase the Campus Meal Plan for both the fall and spring semesters.

There may be additional room types that are not listed; please contact the Housing Assignment Office for assistance.

Students who request Break Access/Holiday Housing, which provides housing during the three break periods when the University is closed, will be charged $510, in addition to the room rate, for each semester.
