Room and Board Rates

Room and board rates for the 2022-2023 academic year will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees in February 2022. Students who will be living on campus for this academic year can look at the room and board rates for the 2021-2022 academic year and anticipate a 3-5% increase to help with the selection of a housing option.

Undergraduate Rates for 2021-2022 Academic Year

Rates per person, per semester. Rates include utilities. Students living in University housing, with the exception of Nittany and White Course Apartments, are required to purchase the Campus Meal Plan for the entire contract period.

Students who accept a Break Access/Holiday Housing contract, which provides housing during the three break periods when the University is closed, will be charged an additional $400 per semester, in addition to the room rate.
