2025-26 Contract Request Process Begins

Make the most of your Penn State education by living in an environment that sets you up for success. Here are just a few of the many benefits to living at Orchard Hall:

  • Living on campus is easy - all-inclusive room rates with no hidden fees or monthly costs, plus chef-prepared meals, free Wi-Fi, and professional staff here to support you 24/7
  • Easy access to everything Penn State - classes, the library, athletic events, student groups, and rec areas to relax and hang out
  • A safe, comfortable living space means more time and freedom to study, learn, work, and play

Current students who've made the decision to #LiveOn in 2025-26 can begin the process of securing their space; simply log in to eLiving and choose Contracts > Request Upper-Class Housing and your campus(es) to complete the first step.

This Request Housing phase ends on October 31 at noon; invitations to choose from available housing options are sent beginning on November 1 around noon. Don't worry about missing an email - sign up for text notifications in eLiving so you'll know the minute your invitation is available.

Not all students who request housing in this first phase may receive an invitation; a second phase begins December 1 with additional spaces on offer. Find out more about the Contract Request process at the Housing and Food Services Office or at liveon.psu.edu/brandywine/current-students.
