A flavorful medley of all things pork that really "brings home the bacon!". On Thursday, September 30th, from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The chefs at Port Skye bring a pig-focused dinner menu featuring pork served three ways. Specials include Braised Pork Belly with Hoison & Kimchi, Glazed Thai Pork Belly, and BBQ Pork Belly Skewers. All served alongside Sesame Soba Noodle Salad with a Shiitake "Bacon" Spicy Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
