Join us for lunch as we appreciate our hard-working Housing staff. We are offering a variety of favorites, such as Japanese Fried Chicken Karaage, Pork Potstickers with Ponzu Sauce, Ginger Sesame Tofu Steaks, Kyoto Blend, and Shrimp Dumplings with Sriracha Sweet Chili Sauce.  

Hungry? It's your lucky day! Breakfast will include Corned Beef Hash and Fried Eggs, while lunch will be Soda Bread, Potato & Leek Soup, Colcannon, Glazed Baby Carrots, Grilled Beet Ruebens, and Corned Beef Open Faced Sandwiches with Guinness Cheddar Rarebit. 

You won't have mush-room after enjoying this lunch! In honor of National Nutrition Month, we will be serving Mushroom Barbacoa Pizza, Shiitake Mushroom and Root Vegetable Stew, Crispy Shiitake Mushroom Sandwiches, and General Tso's Pierogies & Shiitake Mushrooms. 

This week only, our nutritious dessert spread will include Chocolate Chia Seed Shooters, Black Bean Brownies, and Raspberry Oat Bars.

Homesick? Our dinner menu tonight includes a variety of street foods from around the world such as Hurricane Fries, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Crispy Potato and Cheese Korean Corn Dogs, Choripán, and Mexican Street Corn. 

Join us at Port Sky for a cozy Pennsylvania dinner. We're serving Chicken Corn Soup, Smoked Trout Penne, Fried Trout Sandwiches, Zucchini Chickpea Fritters with Whipped Roasted Red Pepper Feta, and Amish Potato Pancakes with Applesauce. It wouldn't be a true Pennsylvania feast without a Whoopie Pie for dessert!
