Come down to Dobbins Dining Hall for dinner and celebrate Hot and Spicy Foods Day with us! Enjoy sandwiches such as Mushroom Quesabirra or Roast Turkey and Brie with Strawberry Habenero Jam alongside Jalapeno Braised Chicken, Chipotle & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, and Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts. Be sure to grab a mug of Spiced Peruvian Hot Chocolate! 

Chef Don will be serving a lunch of Jacket Potato and Beans as well as Baked Beans and Baked Potatoes. 

During lunch hours build a made-to-order Ramen Bowl. We will also be offering Tempura Broccoli, Chicken Karaage Bento Boxes, and Orange Teriyaki Salmon Bento Boxes.

Kick off the Year of the Horse with us this afternoon at Dobbins. Our lunch options include Whole Chinese Tilapia, Vegan Fried Rice, Shrimp Lo Mein, Spring Rolls, Pork Potstickers with Ponzu, Broccolini with Garlic Oil and Red Pepper Flakes, and Steamed Rice. 

Get your fix of comfort food this evening at Dobbins Dining Hall. For dinner we will be offering Southern Oxtail, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Sweet Potato Pie, Smothered Chicken, Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey Bacon, and Black Eyed Pea Jambalaya.

You won't have mush-room after enjoying this dinner! In honor of National Nutrition Month, we will be serving Mushroom Barbacoa Pizza, Shiitake Mushroom and Root Vegetable Stew, Crispy Shiitake Mushroom Sandwiches, and General Tso's Pierogies & Shiitake Mushrooms.

Homesick? Our lunch menu this afternoon includes a variety of street foods from around the world such as Hurricane Fries, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Crispy Potato and Cheese Korean Corn Dogs, Choripán, and Mexican Street Corn.
