• Single room with private bathroom in designated campus space or hotel - $0.00
• Meal Delivery (per day) - $20

I agree to the HFS Contract terms for the temporary Isolation Housing that is being offered. I authorize the University to charge my student LionPATH account for the associated charges. I agree to adhere to the following additional statements, applicable during the time I am living in the temporary Isolation Housing:

• Guests are not permitted.
• Limited food service options are available by the University.
• US Mail and package delivery service may not available or may be delayed.
• I will isolate myself in my room as directed by health care provider
• I am responsible for any damages or incidentals incurred to the room
