PURE

Pure is a dining station on the second floor of Findlay Commons in the East Food District. Pure is free of the top nine food allergens: dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat/gluten, and sesame. This station boasts a completely separate kitchen for preparation and cooking, designated utensils, cookware, equipment and dishwashing capabilities. 

In July 2026, Pure received AllerCheck ™ certification, designating it as a verified allergen-safe location. AllerCheck™ certification is granted by MenuTrinfo, the nation’s leading food allergy expert, after a third-party auditor reviews documentation, staff knowledge and training, ingredients, recipes, cleaning schedules, and service style. People with food allergies can dine with confidence, knowing that this certification reflects the ongoing care and effort that the food service staff and management put in every day to provide safe food.
