Contract Terms, Conditions and Regulations

The Housing and Food Service (HFS) Contract is a legally-binding contract, obligating the student to on-campus living once it is accepted.

The student's HFS Contract is managed through the eLiving system.

When a student accepts a HFS Contract, the student agrees to the HFS Contract Signing Statements and Terms, Conditions, and Regulations (TCRs).

TCRs are updated for each academic year:

• Terms, Conditions, and Regulations for 2025-2026 Academic Year

• Terms, Conditions, and Regulations for 2024-2025 Academic Year

• Terms, Conditions, and Regulations for 2023-2024 Academic Year

• Terms, Conditions, and Regulations for 2022-2023 Academic Year

• Terms, Conditions, and Regulations for 2021-2022 Academic Year

• Terms, Conditions, and Regulations for 2020-2021 Academic Year
