2024 Spring Semester Housing Arrival

University Housing OPENS for spring semester at 8:00 a.m. ET Saturday January 6.

No early arrivals permitted - students will not be able to arrive prior to Saturday January 6.

Students who are returning to the same room assignment that they had for fall semester will automatically be checked in. Building (and room, if applicable) clearance and Campus Meal Plan account will be available to use starting at 8:00 a.m. Saturday January 6.  When you arrive to campus, you can proceed to your building to get settled!  As a reminder, be sure to bring your id+ card and room key back to campus with you.

Students who are new to campus or changing room assignments will need to check-in at the Commons Desk. 

WEATHER ALERT

At this time, University Housing is not opening prior to Saturday January 6. However, the commons buildings and residence halls will open earlier at 6:00 a.m. to accommodate those who wish to arrive earlier in the day. Students who are new to campus or changing room assignments, or may need a loaner key or temporary ID, will need to visit the Commons Desk Operation for assistance. East, South, and Pollock Commons Desk will open at 6:00 a.m. North and West Commons Desk will open no later than 7:30 a.m.

The University is actively monitoring weather forecasts, and if it's determined that opening early is necessary, details will be posted on social media and students will receive an email notification.
