2026 Spring Break - University Housing Closedown

Spring Break is March 9-13 with no classes.

Spring Break Closing

University Housing CLOSES at noon Saturday, March 7. 

• Late stays beyond the noon closing time are not permitted. Students without a Break Access/Holiday Housing HFS Contract are required to leave the residence halls. However, personal belongings may remain in your room during the break.
• If you are unable to leave by the deadline, you must make alternative arrangements until you can depart.
• You do NOT need to check-out of Housing (checking out will affect your building and room door (if applicable) access for your return on the 14th)

Departure Scheduling

Schedule your departure in advance so that Housing Operations and Residence Life are aware of your plans.

Spring Break Re-Opening

• University Housing OPENS at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 14.
• Early Arrivals prior to this time are NOT allowed - students will not have access to the building before 10 a.m. If you must arrive early, you must make alternate accommodations until housing reopens.
