Feature Dining Event: Mardi Gras

The first of two featured special dinner events, Mardi Gras will take over during regular dinner hours at all dining commons locations. Guests will be able to enjoy New Orleans favorites like Blackened Catfish and Jambalaya along with festive side dishes like Red Beans & Rice or Cajun Black Bean Fritters. No Mardi Gras celebration would be complete without dessert, and Bananas Foster over Penn State Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream and freshly baked Penn State Bakery King Cake will be sure to please.
