LiveOn 2025-2026: Housing Options Waitlist
Students with an accepted Housing and Food Service (HFS) Contract for the 2025-2026 academic year have the opportunity to express their interest in a different housing option. If a housing option that was not available when a student received an invitation and accepted the HFS Contract, they can utilize the Housing Options Waitlist feature in eLiving to be considered for reassignment. This feature is available starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Sunday, December 1. Students can add their name to only one Housing Option Waitlist. Should a vacancy become available, the Housing Options Waitlist will be used to reassign a student. This typically occurs in late spring and into the summer months.
Housing Option Waitlists include the following options:
- Nittany Apartments
- Nittany Hall
- White Couse Apartments
- North Hall Suites 2-bedroom/4-person
- North Hall Suites 2-bedroom/2-person
- Double Room, Traditional Residence Hall (Pollock, South, West)
- Single Room, Traditional Residence Hall (Pollock, South, West)
- Double Room, Renovated Residence Hall (South)
- Eastview Terrace
- Living Learning Communities (LLCs) that are available for upper-class students
Students who are not eligible to participate in the LiveOn Housing Process can add their name to the On-Campus Housing Waitlist feature in eLiving, available starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Sunday, December 1.
Students who add their name to the On-Campus Housing Waitlist are not guaranteed to receive an offer for a HFS Contract. The Housing Assignment Office will review space available starting in late-March/early-April to determine if offers can be released. If space is available, HFS Contract offers will be made on Monday afternoons. The offer will be for supplemental housing.
