White Course Graduate and Family Apartments Lease Renewal
Current White Course Apartment tenants who are interested in returning to their current assigned apartment for the 2025-26 academic year are eligible to submit a lease application starting Monday, March 3. Lease offers will be made on either Monday, March 17 or Monday, March 24. Beginning Monday, March 31, any remaining apartment spaces will be offered to new tenants.
2025-26 Lease Rent Rates
White Course Apartment monthly rent rates for the 2025-26 academic year will not increase from the current year. As a reminder, parking is not included in the cost of rent.
