Housing and Food Rates 2024-2025

Undergraduate Housing Rates for 2024-2025 Academic Year

The Board of Trustees approved housing and food rates for the 2024-2025 academic year on July 21, 2023. Rates listed are per person, per semester, and include all utilities, except for parking. Room and board charges are added to the student's LionPATH account for payment. Students living in University Housing, with the exception of Nittany and White Course Apartments, are required to purchase the Campus Meal Plan for both the fall and spring semesters.

Students who accept a Break Access/Holiday Housing contract, which provides housing during the three break periods when the University is closed, will be charged $510, in addition to the room rate, for each semester.
