2024 Spring Semester Arrival

Details about housing arrival are available on the Spring Arrival webpage.

Returning to the same room?

Students returning to the same room assignment from fall semester will automatically be checked into housing. Building clearance and Campus Meal Plan will work beginning at 8:00 a.m. Saturday January 6, 2024.

Changing room assignments?

Students who lived on campus for fall semester and have a new room assignment for spring semester should have removed all items from their fall room assignment and returned the room key before leaving at the end of fall semester. These students should visit the Commons Desk in the housing area of their spring room assignment to check-in, which will activate the student's building clearance and Campus Meal Plan.

Campus Meal Plan

For spring semester, the Campus Meal Plan is defaulted to the level that students had selected for fall semester as of October 1, unless the student had personally updated their spring semester level. Students can verify their spring semester level on the My Meal Plan page in eLiving. Students who change their meal plan level will have the adjustment processed to their LionPATH account. Please note, the January billing statement may not be updated but account balance should reflect the correct amount due.

Personal Belongings Retrieval

Students who lived on campus during the fall semester but did not remove all personal items or check out and will not be living on campus during spring semester can contact the Housing Office in your area of residence for assistance to retrieve personal belongings. Items must be picked up by 8:00 p.m. Sunday January 7 to avoid spring semester room and board charges. The room key MUST be returned to the Commons Desk for the student to be officially checked out of Housing. Failure to return the room key OR returning after January 7 will result in daily room and board charges and/or core charge replacement fee being incurred. Charges can range from $130 - 190 per day, plus a $60 daily Campus Meal Plan charge.
