White Course Graduate and Family Apartments Lease Renewal

Current White Course residents who are interested in returning to their current assigned apartment for the 2024-2025 academic year are encouraged to submit a lease application by 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET Monday, January 8.

2024-2025 Rental Rates

White Course Apartment monthly rent rates for the 2024-2025 academic year will not increase from the current year. As a reminder, parking is not included in the cost of rent.

2 bedroom, 1 bath, garden style, unfurnished	$1,321

Beginning January 16, remaining spaces will be offered to eligible students who submitted a lease application.
